As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving channel sales, partner engagement, and revenue growth for Trustech’s portfolio of AV and IT solutions. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closure.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for AV products and solutions

Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, integrators, end customers, and OEM representatives

Generate new business leads through proactive outreach, market research, and networking

Present and demonstrate AV and IT products and solutions tailored to customer requirements

Conduct sales presentations and handle objections to close deals effectively

Collaborate with presales and technical teams to prepare solution proposals and quotations

Provide insights into market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback

Track sales activities and reporting in CRM tools, ensuring forecasting accuracy

Participate in industry events, exhibitions, partner meetings, and product briefings

Support after-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, IT, or a related field

2 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably in AV, IT, technology products, or B2B solutions

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

Result-oriented mindset with strong closing skills

Understanding of AV or technology products such as projectors, displays, audio systems, or collaboration technology is an advantage

Willingness to travel across regions when required
