We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Office Administrator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams, maintain records, and support management to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Support HR in attendance tracking and documentation
Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
1 - 2 years of experience in administration or office management
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of documentation and record management
